As the primary means of communication from the Nevada State Board of Nursing, this official publication will be direct-mailed to more than 30,000 licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants in the state. The Nevada State Board of Nursing News publication will be comprised of information essential to nursing practice, including regulatory and licensing updates, summaries of disciplinary rulings, legislative action, and bulletins on Board activities.

The Nevada State Board of Nursing safeguards the public's health, safety and welfare through effective regulation and is responsible for establishing practice standards, approving education and training programs for continued competencies, and conducting disciplinary action.
